Maintain production planning and schedules to ensure timely completion of production targets. Ensure compliance with food safety policies, quality standards, and company regulations. Monitor production processes and take improvement initiatives when necessary. Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth factory operations. Maintain required production documents and reports properly. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
