• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Animal/Plant Breeding

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• Proven experience in production auditing, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations (3+ years).

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methods, and safety regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with quality control standards and auditing techniques. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced officer in production audit to join our team.

• Conduct regular audits of production lines, machinery, and processes to ensure compliance with operational standards.

• Identify and document any discrepancies or non-compliance with quality control standards and production procedures.

• Inspect finished products for adherence to specifications, ensuring they meet quality standards.

• Perform random sampling and in-process inspections to detect defects, inefficiencies, and issues during production.

• Analyze production data and audit results to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations for management.

• Verify that necessary documentation and certifications are up-to-date for audits and inspections.

• Collaborate with senior management to prioritize actions based on audit outcomes.
