Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Any Subject., Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Any Subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Software or Hardware or Networking Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Micro fin Plus and POS Software Management ( Handle- posting, correction and others all side)
∎ Prepare reports as per donor criteria and liaising with present financial donors.
∎ Write project proposals for donors/ funding bodies,
∎ Develop computer-based monitoring system on various hardware and software related issues.
∎ Provide technical and networking support.
∎ Assist in understanding and training relevant software to fellow employees.
∎ Deal with all software issues of all Branches (Microcredit).
∎ Maintain and archive necessary all documents, files and registers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on software related job will be added a value.e.g. Accounting Software.
∎ Capability of work in under pressure and time bound.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Probationary period: Six months; after successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per salary structure of the organization.After confirmation as a permanent staff, He will have entitled two festival bonuses equivalent to one month`s basic salary, Provident fund, Gratuity, LRP, Pension, Earn Leave Encasement and other benefits as per organization policy.
