Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Dhaka (Require frequent field visits)
∎ Contract Period: Two (2) years (including minimum 6 months` probation peri
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing strategic plan, budget, guideline and implementation of Microfinance program.
∎ Conducting surveys in desired areas and compiling facts and figures in appropriate reports.
∎ Preparing all relevant reports maintaining Microfinance online-based software.
∎ Conduct skill development training and maintain proper communication and network with related Government Organizations and NGOs.
∎ Visitation, monitoring & evaluation, supervision and analysis the finding problems/risks and solving properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Age : Maximum age 35 years (as of 17 January 2022)
∎ Capacity Requirement: In-depth knowledge of computers and Microfinance online based software.
∎ Proper knowledge to prepare financial projection and financial analysis based on software
∎ Maintain current knowledge of all applicable lending regulations, the economy, market rates, vendors, and competitors
∎ Customer service-oriented with exceptional sales skills.
∎ Effective communication skills and good command over Bangla and English
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
