Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing from reputed public & private universities (Bachelor of Commerce
∎ Prefer for Commerce background
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients.
∎ Handle dealer/retailer to get order.
∎ Post Sales Services, Clients Services etc.
∎ Other work / task / assignment given by the Reporting Officer.
∎ Keep the sales, service and rental teams motivated and equip them with product knowledge and right customer service attitude.
∎ Establish and strengthen processes, policies and structure to ensure internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Customer Relationship(dealing with customers in store)
∎ Taking orders online and dispatch
∎ Managing sales staff
∎ Update all types of sales related documentation
∎ Provide sales oriented data and field oriented data to all the concerned departments
∎ Additional responsibilities may be added as per the requirement of Sales and Marketing Department.
∎ Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management.
∎ Capacity to Collect & Analyze Valid Data From Websites Based on Specific Requirements.
∎ Creating Weekly & Monthly Report.
∎ Day to day sales administration related work
∎ Documentation and analysis of Data
∎ Any other tasks assigned from the Department Head / Management
∎ Stocks & distribution Maintains
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ At least 2-3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer Proficiency, Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe In design, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Internet, Data analysis.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Design and Good computer literacy
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Team player with excellent English Communication skills.
∎ To operate Computer- Microsoft Office , Knowledge of Software(Able to work on OS, MS Word, MS Excel, PDF)
∎ Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be able to manage your own time effectively.
∎ Adaptability and strong analytical approach, positive attitude, highly motivated, result oriented, target driven and able to work in a fluid and fast moving environment.
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
∎ Strong interpersonal skill, Smart, energetic and hard-working team member.
∎ Only Male candidates are eligible for the post
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two Festival Bonus, One Ex-Gratia Bonus, Both contributory PF fund (Approved NBR), Salary Review Yearly, Transport Allowance & Mobile bill facility.
