Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform and act as a General Audit Officer for the company
∎ Checking Purchase Order/Work Orders material/service volume with actual project requirement
∎ Reviewing project's requisition book and allot reasonable materials
∎ Cross checking project's materials store book and reconcile with real consumption and find out gap if any
∎ Ensuring the Purchase Order/Work Orders are being issued to genuine enlisted/ reputed supplier with standard price
∎ Checking project's money indent and give recommendation for further management decision
∎ Monitor all project's cash and non-cash expenses and correlate with project budget
∎ Take action to expand or minimize item-wise budget if needed as per the ground reality
∎ Oversee project's petty cash expenses and keep communication with project in-charges for cost control
∎ Checking vendor's bill with PO/WO approved rate, relate with actual delivery to store/sties as per approved quality
∎ Assist supervisor in performing his charter of duties and
∎ Any other charter of duties management will be assigned to you
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound skill in using MS office applications and reporting.
