Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain computer systems, install and troubleshoot operating systems, other software, and apps; and make sure all associated hardware and software are working properly.
∎ Set up, configure, and troubleshoot various hardware, networking, printer, and scanner components.
∎ Set up, configure, and resolve issues with IP cameras and other security gadgets.
∎ Perform data backup, recovery, distribution, and maintenance.
∎ Arrange video conferences using a different platform.
∎ Maintenance & trouble-shoot network-related equipment.
∎ Maintain and follow up on different types of inventory, logs, license information, and user requirements.
∎ Ensure user support by maintaining coordination between the supervisor at HQ and escalate unresolved issues ASAP to the supervisor.
∎ Must have ready to move at any branch/location at any time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ 2-3 years of relevant work experience as an IT Support Specialist or Network Administrator.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Computer Hardware and Networking, Firewall, IT Troubleshooting, Network Infrastructure, Network Security, Software, Switches/Routers, WAP, WLAN
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Solid understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
∎ Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
∎ Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
∎ Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
∎ Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
