Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors from any reputed university, preferably BBA degree
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Recruitment, selection, and joining of the newly joined employees.
∎ Update and maintain employee personal files and other HR paper works in an efficient and confidential manner.
∎ Prepare HR service related documents
∎ Prepare different drafts, reports, statements and minutes as required
∎ Support leave management process
∎ Support arranging any HR events including workshops etc
∎ Assist in day to day HR Operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ One year of relevant experience preferred
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Emailing, Google Search and report preparation skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team
∎ Ability to multi-task
∎ Creative and analytical minded
