Job Context:
∎ Accounting Software Experience.
∎ Report to :President,Director Of Administration,IT And Club Secretary.
∎ Oversee daily operations of the HR department;
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all accounts related books and documents (cash and bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book, cheque register, stock register, salary register, fixed assets register, bank reconciliation) and other relevant registers.
∎ Withdraw and handle the petty cash.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly reconciliation statement.
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly accounts related report preparation and checking.
∎ Reconcile the balance end of the month and submit the Monthly reports to the Dept. Head
∎ Bank and cash posting in ERP/ Tally Software.
∎ Receive cheque and cash from concerned department and deposit to the bank.
∎ Prepare and record regular receipts and payments vouchers.
∎ Prepare TAX & VAT related documents
∎ Special assignment as per management requirement.
∎ Motivate employees and bridging employees and management relationship.
∎ Handle employee benefits, wages and payroll administration.
∎ Provide guidelines on performance appraisal and conclude the process including the awarding annual increment process.
∎ Prepare budgets for HR and ensure proper management of the same.
∎ Manage employee's grievances and solve on priority basis.
∎ Assist forming HR rules/ policies and implement the same
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth.
∎ Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organizational development and change management.
∎ Assist for consistent application and implementation of Company goal and organize employee training according to company policy based on TNA of employee / Mgt.
∎ Motivate employees and bridging employees and management relationship.
∎ Handle employee benefits, wages and payroll administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years running job in IT Firm.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel), Tally Software, ERP Software.
∎ Competent on ERP and MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
∎ Profound analysis and people management skill.
∎ Should be smart, sincere,honest and dedicated towards work.
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency.
∎ Effective communication skill.
