Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bank Collection & Payment entry in software and documentation and Receipt Notification to RA Team.
∎ Outward Bill payment process & bank charge entry, payment entry, maintain excel sheet for payments, documentation and notify to Vendor/Carrier.
∎ Collection of TT SWIFT copy on regular basis. TT receive notification via e-mail.
∎ TDS & VDS Challan & Certificate Collect from Customer, give collected challans’ entry in the system.
∎ Petty Cash payment (Conveyance, Lunch bill etc.) entry in software and documentation & collect final approval.
∎ BG Issue, Extension, Amendment and Cancelation. Receive new BG and extension letter from parties, maintain Database of BG.
∎ Bank reconciliation, A/R & A/P reconciliation and adjusting Entry in the software.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of using Tally software, Outlook and MS Office (Word & Excel).
