∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create monthly balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and bank reconciliations, as well as other financial statements by software and other process.
∎ Create and keep vouchers for all transactions with correct documentation.
∎ Preparation of bank payment vouchers and various types of journal vouchers for uploading to software.
∎ Have to work with accounting software TALLY/ SAP.
∎ Cash management and bank transactions.
∎ Reconciliation of cash, bank, party, and inter-company transactions.
∎ Maintain all accounting books, registers, and ledgers, among other things.
∎ Prepare the payroll register, payments, and handwritten checks, as well as the associated reports.
∎ Maintain petty cash, supplier ledger, party ledger, and other register books. Create a cash flow statement every month.
∎ As needed, prepare financial reports and budget variance reports.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
