Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies and tactics for the brand's website and marketplaces, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Conduct market analysis and stay updated on e-commerce business dynamics, including consumer behavior, pricing trends, and competitive landscape.
∎ Monitor day-to-day sales performance for online sales channels and ensure that short-term and long-term targets are being met.
∎ Collaborate with marketplaces and partners to create annual Joint Business Plans (JBP), business plans, and roadmaps, considering marketing, e-commerce growth, supply chain, finance, and accounting aspects.
∎ Create and own the annual e-commerce sales plan, including category breakdown, detailed SKU plan, and commission structure, and collaborate with marketplaces to define monthly campaigns and annual targets.
∎ Execute and monitor daily e-commerce sales and operations, working closely with related teams to manage stock allocation, pricing, planning, and campaign management, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual e-commerce targets.
∎ Collaborate with product managers to develop an e-commerce-friendly and exclusive product portfolio, leveraging data analysis and consumer insights from marketplaces and market trends.
∎ Support online product launches and marketing activities, coordinating with local and regional growth and marketing teams.
∎ Provide inputs for marketing strategies and traffic plans to drive online sales and meet monthly targets.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operational management across all e-commerce offers and processes, including stock planning and on-time delivery excellence.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, E-commerce Growth, and MarCom, to ensure integrated communication efforts that drive traffic and support overall e-commerce objectives.

∎ Strong analytical problem-solving and negotiation skills.
∎ Collaborative team player with a business-driven mindset.
∎ Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate effectively.
∎ Proficiency in relevant e-commerce tools and software.
