∎ Honors from a reputed university;
∎ Candidates with strong English communication skills, computer operation knowledge will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make necessary arrangements in organizing meetings, conferences and other events;
∎ Prepare the meeting minutes and prepare necessary reports;
∎ Write the event news;
∎ Maintain and compile all the reports submitted from all the departmental co-curricular and extra-curricular programs;
∎ Maintain and compile all the Internship reports;
∎ Make arrangements for Internship Presentation sessions;
∎ Maintain the evaluation reports of all the Instructors and Coordinators for the Co-curricular Programs;
∎ Manage the departmental social media pages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having working experience in a Private University will be preferred;
∎ Good typing skill in both Bangla and English.
Salary: Negotiable
