∎ Post-graduation in Social Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Contract Period: 2 years (including minimum 6 months in probation period)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search for new calls that are aligned with organizational mission, core values and expertise and share with the supervisor.
∎ Design project proposals and maintain smooth communication with donors for partnership development for new projects.
∎ Prepare different reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and documentation.
∎ Assisting in preparing and publishing PR materials.
∎ Communication with other field countries and supporting countries. As well as communication with the projects and local partners in order to build a good relationship with partners.
∎ Field visit occasionally when necessary.
∎ Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos.
∎ Work with communications team members to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns.
∎ Prepare communications materials including press releases, blog posts and social media content.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Preference : Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Capacity Requirement : Ability to prioritize and plan effectively, presentation skills, creativity/charismatic
∎ Awareness of different media agendas
∎ Should have good communication skills both orally and in writing
∎ Must be good at using the internet, MS office package and relevant software operating
∎ Should have knowledge of liaison with different stakeholders
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ After successful completion of Probation Period salary will be Tk.25,000
