Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking

Completion of CA-cc will get preference.

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Check and confirm all financial transactions involving purchases, cash, sales, inventory, and payments to ensure they are accurate and comply with hospital policies.
• Examine purchase requisitions, quotations, comparative statements and approval notes to confirm proper authorization and documentation.
• Audit store records regularly to ensure that received goods, issued items and closing stock are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Review supplier bills, purchase orders, payment vouchers before approval to verify correctness and compliance with budgetary allocations.
• Check whether all cash and bank payments are made in accordance with authorized approvals and financial regulations.
• Verify vendor and supplier accounts periodically and support management in annual financial audits.
• Monitor daily production report & reconcile it with actual production.
• Monitor the payroll sheet and verify all deduction amounts for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor daily cash flow, petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all expenses.
• Follow-up on forecasted sales vs. actual sales & report deviation to management.
• Review pre-costing & post costing.
