Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an Agile, Intelligent and highly motivated Finance & Accounts professional as Head or Team Leader of the Department to join our growing organization. In this position, will be responsible for look after whole operation of Accounts & Finance and implementation of Financial plans & works with the finance and leadership of the Accounts team to identify opportunities for process improvement and potential areas of opportunities & risks of the Company.
Responsible for to look after, monitor & implementation of overall operation of Accounts as head of the department of the Company.
Oversee Costing, Fund arrangement & Fund Management, Investment, budget, forecast, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, new project analysis, Cost control, Asset Management of all assigned Business Units of the Company.
Provide analytical & operational support for the accounts & financial performance of the Company's all Business Units.
Plan, forecast, analyze & review financial/performance data for the Company.
Ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports are submitted to the top Management of the Company.
Handle the complete finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT & other legal issues of the company with guidelines of the Management.
Finalize Accounts, liaise with auditors & reports to the Management at regular interval.
Management of financial queries on daily basis to predict challenges, plug out inefficiencies and advise & guide top-level management for strategic decision making.
Monitor & analyze accounting data & produce financial reports or statements.
Look after periodic return submission, hearing & assessment in Tax & VAT Authority.
Any other assignments as per superior of the Company.
