Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive all RM, PM, Service with Proper Musak challan/Bill of Entry
∎ Make proper Entry in purchase Register (Musak-16) of received RM PM
∎ Take rebate in VAT current Account (Musak-18) of related RM PM and service
∎ Prepare Musak-11 challan as per the delivery and make proper entry in VAT current Account
∎ Maintain proper deduction of Stock from Musak Sales Register as per Musak-11 issued
∎ Receive finished goods in sales register (Musak-17) and maintain proper inventory
∎ Prepare Price Approval (Musak-1, 1(Kha), 1(Ga)) as per each consignment of PO
∎ Prepare Monthly Return (Musak-19) for every Month.
∎ Check all Musak challan as to meet law compliance and get rebate within the stipulated time.
∎ Avoid getting rebate of Non VAT items, Tariff items, and partial VAT items and follow VAT Act-9, VAT rules-19.
∎ Keep liaison and compliance with the requirement of VAT circle and Division office
∎ Check day to day companywide VAT activities
∎ Ensure 100% rebate taken & VAT payment
∎ Make proper Entry in Musak Register for all VAT activities
∎ Prepare Audit report as per the prescribed format and requirement by the audit team.
∎ Face external Audit to be conducted as Annual Audit by department, AG Audit, Special Audit, Audit of Custom Intelligence, etc.
∎ Maintain proper communicate with corporate VAT team of ACI for any complexity, regulatory issue and reporting.
