Job Responsibilities:
∎ Posting Bills Payable Voucher ( BP ) in Tally
∎ All Kinds of Journal Voucher (JVR) posting in Tally
∎ Bank Receive Voucher ( BRV ) posting in Tally
∎ Posting all kinds of vouchers in Tally of QA Tower & Baridhara 523 Project.
∎ Prepare TDS-VDS Statement ( Monthly, Half-yearly, Yearly )
∎ Reconcile RM-PM value of Tally with Cost, Budget & Accounts Department ( Monthly, Yearly )
∎ Update Daily DD register in Excel & Deposit Confirm To Bank Account
∎ Able to work in MS Word & MS Excel
∎ Maintain all kinds of voucher filing in a systematic manner.
∎ Execute all bank-related work (cash withdraw/deposit, DD deposit, collect documents/cheque books/Pay order).
∎ Fulfill such other functions as may be assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
