Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check and verify Daily expenses and posting in Tally Software.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts/registers, cash and bank transaction, received and payment statement.
∎ Ensure on time salary payable and other vendors payment.
∎ Prepare Factory Bank reconciliation at the end of each month.
∎ Prepare office File, Bill, Quotation and Other documents.
∎ Payable required expenses and maintain Party Account.
∎ Prepare monthly financial reports.
∎ Maintain employees account.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
