Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA or B. Com/M. Com in Accounting from reputed public/private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and update entire accounts related information in software (Tally) and generate necessary reports as and when required.
∎ Bank Book Maintenance & Bank Reconcile.
∎ Prepare all kinds of payment related preparation, prepare cheque and other payment related documents.
∎ Upgrade payment entry and received entry to the system. Prepare all advance adjustment and fortnight payment entry.
∎ Preparing Journal & Adjustment Voucher. Assists to Monthly Accounts Preparation.
∎ All accounts report check & follow up with complete documentation.
∎ Cash payment voucher and Local Vendor Bill Checking and Posting.
∎ Vendor Payment, Bank voucher Posting, TDS, VDS & Treasury Deposit Posting
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be tactful to meet the expectation of the company.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
