Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive customer order daily through electronic ordering system or phone
∎ Verify customer information and payment on each order when received against company database to ensure all information is correct
∎ Reconcile accounts receivable balance
∎ Does bank reconciliation
∎ Maintaining invoices, receipts to perform regular voucher, journal and other transaction in ERP software
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
