Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role:

Southeast Legacy & Lineage is currently looking for a smart, well-organized, and proactive individual to join the team as an Office Secretary. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations and providing direct assistance to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans based on the Directives of SRC Sir.

• Handle official communication such as emails, phone calls, and internal coordination.

• Draft and organize official documents, letters, and meeting notes.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems with strict confidentiality.

• Coordinate office operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actionable tasks.

• Efficiently use MS Office tools and other digital platforms required for documentation and reporting.

• Support front desk activities, and maintain a professional environment when necessary.
