∎ MS Excel, MS Word, Email and Internet.
∎ Must have experience on Accounts & office executive.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare office File, Bill, Quotation and Others.
∎ Journal voucher and recording all accounting information.
∎ Ability to operate Accounting Software.
∎ Coordinate with service and repair department and dealings with customers.
∎ Commercial related work (Maintain PI, PO, Indent and LC related documents and keeping record in a well manner).
∎ To maintain the necessary communication with procurement department for receiving the goods against LC.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and customers for procurement more profitable deals.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
