Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working as part of the management
∎ Coordinate, manage and monitor the working of various tasks in the company
∎ Ensuring day-to-day operational tasks in line with the company policy that related to business priorities & necessary functional practices
∎ Prepare and control the operational budget
∎ Manage and improve the efficiency of support services
∎ Ability to prepare standard paperwork to ensure operational functional practices.
∎ Ensure smooth & efficient implementation of planning, guiding, supervising and monitoring overall activities of support services.
∎ Ensure timely and appropriate documentation of progress, achievements, lessons learned, best practices
∎ Maintain good interpersonal relationships with co-workers
∎ Learn how monthly Sales targets and promotional activities work
∎ Update client database and contact information
∎ Write emails to our partners and clients
∎ Provide support in managing customer inquiries and follow-up communications.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and analyse market trends.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies & social media activities should be managed smoothly
∎ Any official activities of the management should be politely cooperated
∎ Must submit daily reports on sales and performance
∎ Should have good communication skills in Bangla & English both verbal & speaking.
∎ Quick response to customer inquiries and requests.
∎ Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone.
∎ Excellent Communication skills with customers in an appropriate accent
∎ Absenteeism without any notice & late is NOT allowed.
∎ Greet, welcome and direct visitors appropriately and accordingly
∎ Forward the customer queries to the correspondence department/staff accordingly
∎ Allocate the student's applications to the appropriate staff 25. members/agents/coordinators) (Arrange guest appointments with the managing chairman)
∎ Maintain good working relationships and performance and communication as per management requirements.
∎ Keep the database up-to-date with all relevant information
∎ Should have good convincing skills.
∎ Should be able to maintain a client database.
∎ You have to set and achieve your daily, weekly and monthly goals
∎ Day-to-day planning and report management ability.
∎ Provide expertise counselling to students regarding study opportunities in the mentioned targeted countries (especially Australia and The UK), guiding them through the application process
∎ Consultation with prospective students and their families and evaluation of students' academic backgrounds and aspirations to recommend suitable educational institutions and programs
∎ Good understanding of the Visa application process, documentation requirements and all Embassy Formalities.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the entry requirements and eligibility criteria of various universities and programs
∎ Maintain regular and effective communication with students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admission process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Every candidate should be proficient in smartphone, WhatsApp other popular communication with sincere, courageous, Well-Spoken, independent-minded and modern.
∎ Voice/ Vocal/ Tone, and dress looking must be smart and appropriate
∎ Rural language will not be allowed in the office.
∎ Providing details about our Services to Clients Over The Phone and in-person/face-to-face
∎ File Processing
∎ Respond to inquiries and provide consultation services related to Immigration programs, study visas and work permits.
∎ Preparing and filing applications for all matters under the supervision of the senior immigration consultant and the immigration Lawyer.
∎ Manage Client records and documents, according to the company's policies.
∎ Perform research, prepare reports and submit them on time
∎ Respond to emails, and carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
∎ Receive and reply to emails, and carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements (optional).
∎ Collaborate with the Head office in Australia
∎ Knowledge of worldwide student visa process and other management of student affairs
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Communicate with foreign universities/colleges/other parties.
∎ Managing client's databases and regularly following up with them.
∎ Excellent communication skills (Bangla & English).
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Good experience with visa processing systems.
∎ Smart, well-dressed, organised, presentable and well-mannered.
∎ Should have basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, emailing, Internet, windows 11 etc)
∎ Research on the latest updates of VISAs of different countries
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary can be negotiable depending on previous experiences and other circumstances. There will be a monthly excellence bonus on top of the basic salary
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Monthly bonus depending on the performance
