Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working as part of the management and customer service as discussed and guided.
∎ manage and monitor the working of various tasks in the company
∎ Ensuring day-to-day operational tasks in line with the company policy that related to business priorities & necessary functional practices
∎ Ability to prepare standard paperwork to ensure operational functional practices.
∎ Ensure timely and appropriate documentation of progress, achievements, lessons learned, best practices
∎ Maintain good interpersonal relationships with co-workers
∎ Update client database and contact information
∎ Write emails to our partners and clients
∎ Provide support in managing customer inquiries and follow-up communications.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and analyze market trends.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies & social media activities should be managed smoothly
∎ Any official activities of the management should be politely cooperated.
∎ Must submit daily reports on sales and performance.
∎ Must have good communication skills in English speaking & writing.
∎ Quick response to customer inquiries and requests.
∎ Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone.
∎ Excellent Communication skills with customers in an appropriate accent
∎ Absenteeism without any notice & late is NOT allowed.
∎ Greet, welcome and direct visitors appropriately and accordingly if required
∎ Forward the customer queries to the correspondence department/staff accordingly
∎ Allocate or solve any issues to appropriate staff members/agents/coordinators/parties
∎ May need to arrange guest appointments with the managing chairman
∎ Maintain good working relationships and performance and communication as per management requirements.
∎ Keep the database up-to-date with all relevant information
∎ Should be able to maintain a client database.
∎ You have to set and achieve your daily, weekly and monthly goals
∎ Day-to-day planning and report management ability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary can be negotiable depending on previous experiences and other circumstances. There may be a monthly bonus on top of the basic salary. Basic minimum monthly salary is TK 18,000
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Monthly bonus depending on the performance
