Responsibilities & Context:
∎ অফিসের ভিতরে ও বাহিরে ডাক ফাইল আনা নেওয়া করা.
∎ অফিসের আসবাবপত্র, তাক আলমারি, বৈদ্যুতিক সরঞ্জাম, টেলিফোন, ইত্যাদি পরিষ্কার করা।
∎ কর্মকর্তার অন্যান্য বিবিধ কার্যাবলী সম্পাদন করা।
∎ অফিসারদের নির্দেশ মত বিবিধ কার্যাবলী
∎ ফটোকপি করা এবং নথি ফাইল প্রস্তুত করা
∎ কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশে অর্পিত যেকোন দায়িত্ব পালন করা করা।
∎ অফিস সরঞ্জাম রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, অফিসের নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা
∎ অফিস কর্মকর্তা ও অন্যান্যদের আপ্যায়ন, চা-কফি তৈরি
∎ এছাড়াও পরিচালক সহ অন্যান্য উর্দ্ধতন কর্মকর্তা কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত দায়িত্ব পালনে প্রস্তুত থাকা।
∎ অফিসের সমস্ত লাইট, এসি, ফ্যান, দরজা এবং জানালা ইত্যাদি সময়মতো বন্ধকরণ নিশ্চিত করা
∎ কুরিয়ার করা, অফিসের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কেনাকাটা
∎ ফটোকপি করা এবং নথি ফাইল প্রস্তুত করা
∎ কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশে অর্পিত যেকোন দায়িত্ব পালন করা
