At least 2+ years of experience as IT technician and servicing related work.
Support end-users in resolving technical challenges and providing training where necessary.

Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician to join our Technical Support Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring the proper functioning of our organization’s IT infrastructure.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices including printers, scanners, and network devices.
Must have experience taking basic computer course classes.
Good knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power point, Internet, type Bangla & English etc.
Must have a mindset for full-time work.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
