Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver engaging and student-centered lessons for O-Level Biology, Math B, Pure Math, and ICT.
∎ Prepare students for internal assessments and O-Level exams.
∎ Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and lab/practical sessions aligned with curriculum standards.
∎ Create a classroom culture of inquiry, respect, and academic rigor.
∎ Use diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.
∎ Maintain updated student records including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
∎ Offer extra academic support through remedial classes or consultation hours when needed.
∎ Coordinate with colleagues for cross-subject integration and academic planning.
∎ Participate in parent-teacher meetings and contribute to school-wide academic initiatives.
