Experience:
Post Graduate with Bachelor (Honors) from any discipline.
The candidate having B.Ed./ M.Ed. degree will get preference.
Must have at least 10 years of experience in the teaching profession, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrator/Head Teacher/ Acting Head Teacher/ Assistant Head Teacher in managing an educational institution.
Age restriction will be relaxed for experienced candidate;
The candidate should be skilled in using commonly used digital communication apps and proficient with standard computer software.
Computer literacy is essential;
The candidate must be proficient in English.
Reverend Paul`s High School (RPHS) is one of the renowned schools in Khulna City Corporation. Currently, we have more than 1300 students (Play - Tenth Grade) in our school. We are currently seeking an experienced Head Teacher for the School. The Head Teacher will have overall charge of academic, curriculum, co-curricular and administrative activities of the school.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee student enrolment process to ensure realization of yearly target.
Supervise all academic activities of the school.
Lead and guide the teacher in implementing academic activities including lesson plan, Preparation, class conduction and examination arrangement etc.
Plan and facilitate necessary training activities for teachers.
Monitor classes on regular basis to ensure proper class conduction in compliance with required standard.
Plan and actively participate in the guardian meeting.
Lead and coordinate the arrangement of all types of day observation (Annual sports day, International mother language day etc.)
Take necessary steps for carrying-out education board related activities (student`s registration, form fill up etc.) in time.
Ensure timely collection of all kinds of fees from students by assigned staff.
Ensure proper and on-time logistic support for school operation.
Manage excursion, annual picnic for Teachers and Students.
Ensure discipline of the student`s affairs and actions.
Prepare and finalize the planning and budgeting of the program.
Prepare and submit reports to government offices and other stakeholder as required.
Communicate and make written correspondence with the government officials.
Maintain public relations and take necessary steps as needed.
Oversee office management services including furniture purchase and maintenance, bank dealings, building maintenance, supply of office utilities as well as cleanliness of school premises and buildings.
Monitor daily expenses, incomes and all bank/financial transactions to ensure proper utilization of fund.
Take necessary steps for any legal issues such as tax, school registration/lab license renewal etc. and ensure proper documentation.
Manage and supervise all staff related issues i.e. leave, movement, delegation of responsibilities etc.
Carry-out necessary documentation and recordkeeping of the school.
Keep the supervisor informed of all activities of the school on a regular basis.
Any other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
