Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Help students develop their math skills and confidence.
∎ Foster a culture of mathematics throughout the school.
∎ Prepare lesson materials tailored to students' levels of understanding.
∎ Assess and record students' progress, providing grades and feedback.
∎ Manage student behavior according to established guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with fellow teachers and parents; participate in regular meetings.
∎ Handle academic responsibilities related to exams, parent interactions, and additional duties as required.
∎ Create educational content (worksheets, assessment papers etc.)
∎ Maintain records of student attendance and incidents.
∎ World School of Bangladesh, an English Medium School based in Shimultoli, Gazipur, is seeking 3 dynamic candidates for the position of O Level Math teacher. Our school uses English as its core language. So the ideal candidates should have a strong communication skill and writing in English.
∎ World School of Bangladesh offer classes from playgroup to O Level, teaching in English while also focusing on Bangla. Starting from Grade 8, students prepare for the University of Cambridge International Examinations for O and A Levels, which the British Council in Dhaka conducts.
