∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Diploma Nursing from a Gvt. recognized institute.

Job Context:
∎ Duration of contract: 1 year (Possibility of extension)
∎ Organizational Unit/Department: PMO, BDRCS/ Primary Health Care Centre
∎ Service status: PMO, BDRCS
∎ Reporting line: Residential Medical Officer (RMO)
∎ Duty station: Balukhali, Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
∎ Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, making or recommending necessary adjustments.
∎ Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations, calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
∎ Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
∎ Maintains patient's confidentiality and protects operations by keeping information private.
∎ Coordination with Higher Management
∎ Supervision of Nurse & Midwife and manage their duty roster.
∎ Will conduct any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in Hospital (BSc) or at least 8 year(s) experience in Hospital (Diploma)
∎ Computer literacy and Experience in Similar position.
∎ Ability to work harmoniously within a team and under stress
∎ Must be self-motivated, organized, hardworking, and flexible regarding work hour
∎ Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English required
∎ Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the line manager.
∎ Adhere to the 7 fundamental principles of Red Cross and Red Crescent movement.
∎ Act at all times in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
∎ Able to work in a team and respects opinions of others.
∎ Age Limit: 45 years (may be relaxed in case of outstanding candidates)
Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
