Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Supervise students during clinical practice and provide constructive feedback.
Evaluate student performance through exams, practicals, and continuous assessments.
Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and faculty meetings.
Promote ethical values and professional standards in nursing practice.
