Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health

• Master of Public Health (MPH).

• Professional Certification as teacher in any Nursing Institute/Medical college will get preference.

• Professional Degree in Nursing major will get preference.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Hospital

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Computer Skills on Microsoft Office Package.

• The candidate must have to resident full-time and night at office premises (Residential Job).

• Supervise a group of nursing students in a variety of clinical training rotations, facilitating their participation in care and treatments and evaluating student performance.        

• Communicate clearly and directly to students, clinical site staff and other coordinating professionals to ensure that training and expectations are understood by all involved.       

• Teach procedures and care protocols during clinical rotations including proper medical documentation and coordinate with the clinical site to schedule nursing students to shifts.       

• Teach a course load of two courses per semester in addition to clinical rotation duties, and hold regular office hours.        

• Lead clinical rotations in community health, pediatrics and maternal health, informing the nursing program director of issues with students’ experiences at clinical sites.      

• Act as a role model for aspiring nurses and address students’ professional career concerns.

• Conduct BNMC examination.

• Carry out any other activities assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
