Responsibilities & Context:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor, assess, and record patients' vital signs and overall condition.
Perform nursing procedures such as IV cannulation, injections, dressings, and sample collection.
Assist doctors during patient examinations and treatment procedures.
Provide emergency nursing care and first aid when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Ensure infection prevention, sterilization, and patient safety protocols are followed.
Educate patients and their families regarding health care and treatment plans.
Coordinate with medical and support staff to ensure quality patient care.
Assist in Operation Theatre (OT) procedures when required.
Perform duties according to hospital policies and professional nursing standards.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including day and night duties.
