Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing
∎ Diploma in medical assistant, nursing or a related field.
∎ Working experience at community based health project specially in malaria elimination project
∎ Competence in conducting health assessments and administering vaccines
∎ Strong communication skills to explain procedures, obtain informed consent, and provide training to participants.
∎ Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work with diverse populations.
∎ Willingness to extensive field visit and night stay in remote areas.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Reporting to Clinical Team coordinator
∎ Work closely with data entry team and clinical team
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct preliminary health assessments of the participants to decide eligibility for participation in the trial.
∎ Explain the trial procedures, potential risks, and benefits to participants.
∎ Obtain informed consent from eligible individuals.
∎ Collect and record accurate medical histories and demographic information.
∎ Ensure the proper completion of case report forms (CRFs) and other required documentation.
∎ Administer vaccines and medications according to the study protocol and established guidelines.
∎ Monitor participants for adverse reactions and provide appropriate care if needed.
∎ Educate participants on post-administration care and potential side effects.
∎ Report any adverse events or deviations from the protocol to the study coordinator or principal investigator.
∎ Work closely with upazila health complex , healthcare professional such as nurses, doctors, and study coordinators, to ensure faultless project implementation
∎ Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and potential improvements.
∎ Ensure proper storage and handling of vaccines and medications.
∎ Provide training to CHW and communities about malaria, the importance of the trial, and preventive measures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Local residence
∎ Work experience in Chittagong Hill Tracts
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with a valid driving license
