Additional Requirements: - Proven experience in network management within the ISP industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

- Strong financial understanding and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications.

Responsibilities & Context: We’re seeking a dynamic and long-term results-oriented Network ISP Manager to join our business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Operations: Ensure seamless daily operations of the control room, optimizing network performance and minimizing downtime.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of ISP technology, including Microtik, OLT, switches, and ERP/MRP systems, to drive strategic decisions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily equipment checks, provide status reports, and update equipment as needed.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement plans to expand the network’s reach and customer base.
- Marketing Mastery: Craft and execute effective marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with local network operators and feed operators to expand the network's reach and market share.
- Financial Acumen: Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with local regulations. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service. Answer distress calls and troubleshoot network related problems within a short time.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate favorable contracts with vendors to optimize costs and ensure quality service.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to protect the business.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
