Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Certification in Japanese language teaching (e.g., Japanese Language Training Program or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Prior experience teaching Japanese as a foreign language.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Native Japanese Language Instructor will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering integrated language and skill test preparation programs. The main focus will be on preparing students for Japanese language proficiency exams (JLPT N3/N4 and JFT) along with SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) skill tests in various occupational fields. The instructor will ensure learners not only acquire Japanese communication skills but also the professional knowledge required to succeed in Japan’s workforce.
Key Activity Areas:
Design and implement Japanese language courses for different proficiency levels, particularly JLPT and JFT exam preparation.
Develop integrated lesson plans that combine language learning with SSW skill test preparation in the fields of Caregiving, Construction, Aviation, Building Cleaning, and Driving.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor students’ progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Facilitate cultural orientation sessions to strengthen students’ understanding of Japanese workplace norms, etiquette, and culture.
Collaborate with other instructors and program coordinators to align curriculum with organizational goals.
Support students in building confidence across speaking, listening, reading, and writing for real-life applications in Japan.
