∎ Facilitate cultural orientation sessions to enhance students' understanding of Japanese workplace norms, etiquette, and culture.
∎ Collaborate with other instructors and program coordinators to align curriculum with organizational goals.
∎ Support students in building confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Japanese.

∎ The Native Japanese Language Instructor will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering effective language training programs, focusing on preparing students for proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3/N4 levels and above). The instructor will foster a positive learning environment, ensuring students acquire language skills and cultural knowledge to thrive in Japanese work environments.
