Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinating & Monitoring team work of TSM, ASM and RSM.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ Achieving the primary and secondary sales target through deport and dealer in the market.
∎ Executing all promotional and trade marketing offers / programs in the market.
∎ Ensuring working culture among the team members.
∎ Keeping eye on competitors sales & marketing strategies and providing feedback and suggestions accordingly.
∎ Managing the sales cycle effectively and tracking the activities of the Sales Force.
∎ Improve the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per sales plan.
∎ Managing performance for maximizing result through sales team management.
∎ Able to maintain highest CRM process in the market
