Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consistently teach to a high standard, offering a second subject at KS3.
∎ Actively promote and develop the ethos of the school.
∎ Set a strong professional lead, ensuring students have high standards of presentation, behaviour and performance.
∎ Actively establish good relations with parents and visitors to the school.
∎ Support and attend all major school events
∎ Contribute to the daily operations of a busy school Participate fully in House activities and school trips as required.
∎ Shaping students to be advanced performers, enterprising learners and global leaders, and ensuring
∎ Students are individually supported on their learning journey.
∎ Strong culture of high achievement, within and beyond the classroom.
∎ High performance standards across a wide curriculum.
∎ Successful experience of working with KS3 pupils.
∎ Demonstrated ability to inspire pupils in a stimulating learning environment.
∎ Facility to analyse data to support student progress and attainment.
∎ Demonstrated experience in setting and achieving attainment targets.
∎ Strong commitment to supporting all aspects of school life.
