Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualizing and creating visually engaging videos that communicate a message or story
∎ Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and other designers to develop concepts and ideas for videos
∎ Creating storyboards, animatics, and other visual representations of video concepts
∎ Using industry-standard design software like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to create animations, visual effects, and other video elements
∎ Using motion design principles like timing, spacing, and hierarchy to create visually appealing and effective animations
∎ Working closely with other designers, including graphic designers, UX designers, and illustrators, to create cohesive and effective videos
∎ Ensuring that videos align with the client's brand messaging and visual identity
∎ Paying attention to detail, including typography, color, and composition, to create visually consistent and aesthetically pleasing videos
∎ Being organized and efficient, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard
∎ Being open to feedback, using it to improve your work and ensure that videos are effective and engaging

∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Develop strong visual storytelling skills: As a Motion Graphics Designer, your primary focus is on visual storytelling. Therefore, it's essential to develop strong visual storytelling skills to create effective and engaging videos.
