Job Context:
∎ As a Junior Graphic Designer, your main responsibility will be to support the design team in creating various visual materials such as logos, brochures, social media posts, and other marketing collateral. You will work alongside senior designers to develop creative concepts and turn them into finished products that meet the needs of the client.

∎ Your tasks may include assisting with research, preparing designs, and presenting ideas to the senior design team for review. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs are consistent with the client`s brand guidelines and that they are error-free before submission.

∎ Additionally, you may be required to work on multiple projects at once, so strong time management skills are essential to meet deadlines. You will need to communicate effectively with other team members, clients, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. You should have a good understanding of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and have an eye for detail to ensure high-quality designs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the senior graphic designer in creating visual concepts, designs, and layouts for various projects such as websites, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral
∎ Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure consistency across all design materials
∎ Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and edit graphics
∎ Research and analyze design trends to develop new ideas and concepts for projects
∎ Help with the creation and management of design project timelines to ensure timely completion of projects
∎ Prepare files for print and digital media
∎ Manage and maintain the company's brand standards and guidelines
∎ Assist in the development of marketing strategies to improve brand recognition
∎ Attend meetings with clients to understand their design requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
∎ Keep up-to-date with design software and techniques to ensure the company remains competitive

∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Attention to detail: As a junior graphic designer, you must have excellent attention to detail. This means ensuring that all designs are aligned, fonts are consistent, and color schemes match.
