Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. The position is for the night shift. The person must have solid experience in loan processing, underwriting, and closing for USA companies.
∎ Due to COVID-19, we are working remotely for the safety of the Axilweb Team. Hence, until the company decides to reopen physically, you will be working remotely with us.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ (Mandatory) Knowledge of Freddie Mac, FHA, FNMA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
∎ (Mandatory) Experience with Encompass, IDS, and LendingPad as Loan Originating Software (LOS)
∎ (Mandatory) Knowledge of FNMA, FHA and FreddieMac guidelines
∎ (Mandatory) Process residential loans (FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Non-QM) to ensure compliance with company and investor standards and overlays
∎ (Mandatory) Need to process loans through Delegated and Non-Delegated channels
∎ (Mandatory) Examine all loan documentation for completeness and accuracy
∎ (Mandatory) Review AUS findings and rerun as needed
∎ Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients
∎ Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting
∎ Closing loan files on due time
∎ Manage the loan process through a mortgage software system
∎ Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
∎ Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives

∎ Self-starter and adaptive to change
