Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Social Science (Degree in Statistics/MIS/IT/Research will be preferred)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibility for monitoring the Project activities.
∎ Checked the report and compiled.
∎ Documented all of the program report.
∎ Visit all the field activities and reporting.
∎ Assist all the Office activities.
∎ Develop the monitoring tools, different format for reporting and monitoring.
∎ Monitor the office activities and reporting.
∎ Support to program people for developing SMART Annual Work Plan.
∎ Understand clearly about the project result framework, and track the progress and report to line manager.
∎ Monitor the progress indicators, results, process of project interventions and report to line management.
∎ Day to day support/problem shooting to program staffs for enhancing quality real-time data.
∎ Enhance the capacity of project staffs on online monitoring, usage of monitoring software and usage of electronic devices (Tab/Laptop/Desktop etc.).
∎ Data analyzation and briefing the findings with project staffs and donor organization.
∎ Ensures gender, children and youth safeguarding policy compliances in implementing programs.
∎ Ensure different baseline survey and involve with different research.
∎ He/she would carry out all tasks assigned by the Project Manager when and where required.
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will accountable to the Project manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 3 years of experiences in monitoring & evaluation.
Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 34,713 per month
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two festival bonus per year as per policy of the organization
