Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or bachelor degree in any disciplines like Development Studies, Social Science, Statistics or a relevant discipline from any reputed institute or university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (MEO) Officer major tasks will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following
∎ Lead the overall MEAL, which will include documentation process of the project
∎ Develop and/or update M&E tools, databases and reporting formats in close collaboration with the project coordinator.
∎ Communicate with project staff and collect regular based monitoring data from field.
∎ Prepare project reports under the guidance of Project Coordinator
∎ Provide information as required by donor agency
∎ Review and update M&E plan of the project
∎ Compile collected monitoring data and analyze
∎ Prepare and finalize need based monitoring reports including case incidence, best practices, and process documentation that capture the outcome of the project.
∎ Assist/ review all project related reports ensures they have evidence to back up and provide feedback to the respective staff.
∎ Regular sharing of M&E findings with PC, staffs, primary stakeholders, and another appropriate forum as well as M&E reports an update to the decision structures for future actions.
∎ Facilitate effective implementation of Project Monitoring System.
∎ Facilitate that project maintaining essential standards and compliance requirements.
∎ Closely work with Project team members to document practices and draw lessons learnt.
∎ Carry out any internal evaluation and/or support external evaluation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2-3 years proven working experience on project monitoring and documentation
∎ Have time management, leadership, analytical ability, multitasking, facilitation; communication, presentation, and report writing skills;
∎ Have adaptability, teamwork, relationship building, and change management skills;
∎ Have outstanding skills and expertise in communicating by email and the internet.
∎ Ability to strictly follow project's MEAL Framework, data analysis and generate essential reports and analysis
∎ Orientation and acquaintance to different online software / platform, for example KOBO, Monkey Survey, etc. will be added value.
∎ Capacity and proven track record on development of knowledge products - monitoring and / or internal evaluation reports, analytical reports, human interest / case stories, article for publication / social media
∎ Understanding and experience with data management.
∎ Proven experience of data analysing, including both qualitative and quantitative methods.
∎ Competent and is able to produce reports on short-notice.
∎ Excellent in written & spoken communication in English and Bengali.
∎ Willingness to drive motorcycle and must have valid driving license.
