Job Context:
∎ The aim of the project is "To reduce the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the lives of women, men, girls and boys with disabilities, their families and other at-risk communities in higher risk districts of Bangladesh through strengthened leadership capacities of organizations of persons with disabilities in Bangladesh".
∎ Considering COVID-19 Pandemic, the project will focus on activities related to inclusive COVID-19 health facilities, mental health care provision, inclusive basic assistance support and disability mainstreaming in COVID-19 response, including inclusion into social protection opportunities.
∎ This project will be implemented by CDD, Umbrella Organizations of Persons with Disabilities and in partnerships with Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) in different locations of Bangladesh.
∎ The duration of this project is till December 31, 2020.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall MEAL, which will include documentation process of the project
∎ Develop and/or update M&E tools, databases and reporting formats in close collaboration with the project coordinator.
∎ Implement the Inclusive Basic Assistance component of the Project under the guidance of the Project Coordinator.
∎ Communicate with the UOs and OPDs to collect bi-weekly / monthly monitoring data from field.
∎ Prepare project reports under the guidance of Project Coordinator
∎ Provide information as required by CBM
∎ Compile collected data and analyze
∎ Prepare and finalize monitoring reports
∎ Collection of good practices and stories,
∎ Documentation and publication of the good practices
∎ Identify focus issues for video documentation and lead the process
∎ Facilitate effective implementation of Project Monitoring System.
∎ Facilitate that project maintaining essential standards and compliance requirements.
∎ Closely work with different Project team members and partners to document practices and draw lessons learnt.
∎ Design and conduct survey and produce reports
∎ Carry out any internal evaluation and/or support external evaluation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Field visits to working locations at Dhaka City, Narayanganj, Gazipur and Narshingdhi by maintaining COVID-19 Safety Protocols.
∎ Setting-up and implementing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning within organizations, projects and supporting local / smaller organizations to strengthen their capacity to operationalize MEAL.
∎ Documenting learning, experiences, case stories, good practices
∎ Past experience with Multi-purpose Cash Transfer in an Emergency setting will be preferred.
∎ 5 years proven working experience on project monitoring and documentation
∎ Ability to strictly follow project's MEAL Framework, data analysis and generate essential reports and analysis
∎ Orientation and acquaintance to different online software / platform, for example KOBO, Monkey Survey, etc.
∎ Experience of working with cash support programming is desired
∎ Capacity and proven track record on development of knowledge products - monitoring and / or internal evaluation reports, analytical reports, human interest / case stories, article for publication / social media
∎ Experience in data collection, including survey design and training enumerators.
∎ Understanding and experience with data management, including database design.
∎ Proven experience of data analyzing, including both qualitative and quantitative methods using appropriate software.
∎ Competent and is able to produce reports on short-notice.
∎ Excellent in written & spoken communication in English and Bengali.
∎ Disability background will be given preference.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 85000 (Monthly)
∎ prorate basis bonus
