∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Monitoring &Documentation Officerfrom the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "School Under Tree Project" in Barguna Sadar Upazila with 30% travel to Bhola for 1 year with possibility of further extension.
∎ Vacancy: 01 for Barguna with 30% Travel to Bhola
∎ Report to: Project Manager
∎ Job Location: Barguna Sadar Upazila
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to program people for developing SMART M&D Plan.
∎ Understand clearly about the project result framework, and track the progress and report to line manager.
∎ Monitor the progress indicators, results, process of projectinterventions and report to line management.
∎ Document the regular activities, best practices and case story related to project from Barguna and Bhola.
∎ Arrange and conduct Community Reflection session and support donor to enhance Annual Participatory Program Review and Post Distribution Monitoring.
∎ Day to day support/problem shooting to program staffs for enhancing quality real-time data.
∎ Enhance the capacity of project staffs on online monitoring, usage of monitoring software and usage of electronic devices (Tab/Laptop/Desktop etc.).
∎ Data analyzation and briefing the findings with project staffs and donor organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years of experiences in monitoring &documentation
Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 40,000 per month (and two festival bonus per year as per policy of the organization)
