Job Context:
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh invites application for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Integrated Sponsorship Funded Program", and "School Under Tree Project" in Bhola for the duration of 1 year with possibility of further extension.
∎ Job Location: Bhola Sadar Upazila
∎ Report to: Program Manager

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to program people for developing SMART M&D Plan.
∎ Understand clearly about the project result framework, and track the progress and report to line manager.
∎ Monitor the progress indicators, results, process of project interventions and report to line management.
∎ Document the regular activities, best practices and case story related to project from Barguna and Bhola.
∎ Arrange and conduct Community Reflection session and support donor to enhance Annual Participatory Program Review and Post Distribution Monitoring.
∎ Day to day support/problem shooting to program staffs for enhancing quality real-time data.
∎ Enhance the capacity of project staffs on online monitoring, usage of monitoring software and usage of electronic devices (Tab/Laptop/Desktop etc.).
∎ Data analyzation and briefing the findings with project staffs and donor organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 3 years of experience in monitoring & documentation

Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 28,000/= per month during probation period that may be increased after confirmation (and two festival bonuses per year as per policy of the organization)
