• Age 25 to 36 years

• Monitor the timely execution of the MRM strategy.
• Assist project team in the development of MRM Plan and Intervention Results Measurement Plan [IRAP].
• Develop documentation process for sales tracking of the insurance products, other digital services and facilitate the process in the field;
• Assist data officer business development/Volunteer/enumerator in collecting quality data from field;
• Develop reporting outlines & formats.
• Conduct assessments/survey as per project requirement (especially for Federation, endline survey and case studies, etc.).
• Ensure data entry in timely basis that will come from field.
• Assisting in data analysis and report writing.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and half yearly, yearly data collection from field as per project requirement and assist in data analysis, data quality control and reporting.
• Document outcomes from workshops with community-based organizations (CBOs) and federations. Report on regular meetings with federations and business model partners.
