আমাদের উৎপাদিত প্যাকেটজাত চা এবং অন্যান্য পণ্য সমূহ (BSTI অনুমোদিত) বাজারজাত করনের জন্য সমগ্র দেশব্যাপী প্রতিটি উপজেলা/থানায় পর্যায়ে কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারী নিয়োগ করা হবে।

- মার্কেটে পণ্য উপস্থাপন, অর্ডার গ্রহন, পণ্য ডেলিভারী দেওয়া।
- ক্রেতা এবং কোম্পানীর মধ্যে সর্ম্পক তৈরী করা।
- প্রার্থীকে পরিশ্রমী এবং আত্মবিশ্বাসী হতে হবে।
- অভিজ্ঞতা না থাকলেও যারা মার্কেটে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী, তারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
- খালি থাকা সাপেক্ষে নিজের এলাকায় কাজ করার সুযোগ আছে।
